Why we are raising money:

There is an urgent need to support our community as they seek access to quality and effective mental health services during the pandemic. Donations raised will make it possible for folx nationally to receive therapy support.

How donations will be used:

Your donation will enable The Pleasure Collective, LLC the ability to support our community as they seek access to quality and effective mental health services during the COVID19 pandemic. The money raised will also allow us to increase the number of clients we serve through providing sliding scales, pro-bono, and pay what you can services. We plan to continue to provide services to individuals, couples, and families through groups, workshops, and, mental health services.

 

The Pleasure Collective, LLC also prioritizes helping other mental health professionals. Your donation will enable us to help train and provide essential resources to up-and-coming therapists within our community which allows us to serve even more clients.

Our goal is to start a foundation dedicated to helping those in our community receive services. We strive to cover the cost of at least 6 -10 sessions for each member. As a black femme queer-identified therapist, sexologist, educator, coach, and, pleasure enthusiast, I will continue to contribute to my community by providing affordable mental health services through my private practice, The Pleasure Collective, LLC. However, I can’t do it alone. I will be raising money for this mission until we reach our goal of $20,000, which we hope to reach during 2021.
