If you are ready to walk down the liberation path, I will walk with you. Sometimes it takes some help to be liberated from past trauma, those anxious thoughts that keep you up late at night, that fear that has stopped you from pursuing your goals, the depression that has robbed you of peace, or the confusion that has paralyzed you. The hope that you have been looking for is here.

I specialize in helping people who are recovering from trauma and are overcoming depression and anxiety. I offer a safe place for my clients to heal and to become liberated. I pride myself on being culturally sensitive, non-judgmental, and client-centered; the client sets all therapy goals.

I approach therapy from a strength-based perspective. Everyone has strengths; I like to help clients improve their strengths to use them to build resiliency. Resilience is the key that turns the doors of liberation, and together we can open liberation's door.

I am also a certified Triple P Practitioner. Triple P is an evidence-based practice that gives parents the tools they need to manage their child's problematic behaviors. Triple P is an excellent tool for parents who have children or teens with ADHD, ODD, autism, and other behavior issues. The courts usually recognize Triple P as a parenting class.

I look forward to helping heal and become liberated from all that weighs you down.
